• During the shampooing process are you checked and maybe even treated for ticks, fleas or skin conditions?

• Is the hair pulled from your ears,cleaned and checked for mites and infections?
• Have you ever had to have your hair completely shaved due to its badly matted condition?
• Have you urinated or worse in the salon?
